For 1 little jar
65g tahini
5 tbsp coconut oil
120ml maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When the caramel begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and pour it into a glass jar, or if you're using it immediately, let it cool for a few minutes (but not completely) before using.
