Ingredients

For 4 servings

1 small ripe tomato

500 grams of watermelon

6 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

12 basil leaves

1/2 clove of garlic

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the tomato, cut it into pieces, and remove the seeds.

Cut a piece of watermelon into pieces.

Peel the garlic, remove the germ, and finely chop half of it.

Put everything in a blender, add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Blend until you achieve a smooth texture.

Chill in the fridge before serving.
